The occasional rapper-producer duo, who already worked together two years ago on the track “Name Brand Water”, just dropped a video for “The Mood”, the official single of the album. With the beat, Statik Selektah again proves he makes his productions anything but static. And it sounds like that’s exactly the kind of soulful vibe ANoyd needs to spit out his rhymes–yuck.

The soothing Rhodes Statik Selektah sampled for the track plays a role in the warmth of the beat: Rhodes Piano 4 to be exact, part of the Keyboard Riffs for DJ's Volume 2 collection by iconic jazz fusion artist Dexter Wansel.
