Forever Pavot

Émile Sornin aka Forever Pavot is a relentless explorer of genres and influences, from experimental chanson to psychedelic pop, from music video director to instrument tester. This composer and multi-instrumentalist from La Rochelle revisits 70’s psychedelia with vintage equipment and creates blends with 70's soundtracks, french groove, jazz, progressive rock and hip-hop influences.

Since 2019, Pavot has landed many releases on the BMM Records catalog covering a wide range of styles. This includes a trilogy of EPs by his "punk-jazz" project La Récré, movie soundtracks for Monia Chokri's films Babysitter and Simple Comme Sylvain, or his more recent collab album with Los Angeles rapper XP The Marxman.
