Terkel Nørgaard

Terkel Nørgaard (born 1983) is a Danish drummer and composer based in Copenhagen. His recording career spans releases with his own groups and various ensembles since 2011, and he has studied and played with the likes of Billy Hart, plus Danish greats Kresten Osgood and Palle Mikkelborg.

In 2013, Nørgaard was part of the group Søren Ulrik Thomsen & Det Glemte Kvarter which won the Danish Music Award with the "Best Vocal Jazz Album" of the year.
