Württembergische Philharmonie Reutlingen

The Württembergische Philharmonie Reutlingen (WPR) is a symphony orchestra based in Reutlingen.

The WPR began in 1945 as "Municipal Symphony Orchestra Reutlingen" under founder Hans Grischkat, director of the Reutlinger Singkreis. In 1949 the orchestra was renamed "Swabian Symphony Association" and Werner Envelope committed as CEO.

The WPR recorded three major concert series in Reutlingen, as well as symphony concerts, concerts and matinees work in the studio. There are also various special concerts and children's and family concerts. Read more on Last.fm
