The Gene Dudley Group

The Gene Dudley Group represent the deeply soulful, tropical and funky outpourings of twenty-something producer, currently residing in North London, Gene Dudley.
Gene’s debut album, Saturday Shifting, was released on Wah Wah 45s in 2013 to much acclaim from Craig Charles to Gilles Peterson and Kenny Dope. Its low slung funk and cinematic feel not only earned Mr Dudley many new fans, but also some choice live shows with his band debuting in support of the Hot 8 Brass Band, and ending 2014 as Stones Throw artists Myron & E’s backing / support band on their European tour.
