Poldoore

Poldoore (born Thomas Schillebeeckx) is a music producer, multi-instrumentalist and analog enthusiast based in the picturesque city of Leuven, Belgium who has toured extensively in Europe and North America with his original hip-hop inspired productions. He's known for combining original instrumentation and sampling to create distinctive, organic productions that are inspired by the classic soul sound of the 70's, old school boom bap and all kinds of atmospheric music.

As a much sought-after sound designer, he works from his home studio - a personal haven full of analog gear - to produce textured and characterful loops that feel real and handmade. Don't ask him for sterile, rigid or quantised sounds! Both modern and vintage analog synthesizers sit alongside class-A hardware preamps, plenty of outboard effects and a prized collection of spring reverbs and tape delays, all working together to give his sample packs a unique warmth, depth and moody vibe.
