Watch the videoPlease note that sample clearance (in other words licensing) is only needed when you've sampled from our Songs library (with the 'Category A-C' tag) and want to release your track. You do not have to clear anything found on our Sounds library (with the 'Royalty-Free' tag).

Clear and release as many samples as you want, without paying a dime in upfront fees. With all our plans, the cost of the licensing is included in your subscription.
SIMPLE PROCESS
Clear the samples in minutes
Under Your Licenses, register your music along with the samples from our Songs library, before releasing it. This registration is a simple 5-step process that can be done in minutes. Once completed, your sample is cleared for official release.

If someone else will be responsible for the license, for example a label or another artist, you can let them handle this by sending a copy.

Share your potential success
Part of clearing a sample is that you agree to share the success of your track with the owners of the track you sampled. This applies to both a share of revenue from the new track, and a share of the publishing rights. You can find out more here.
