Udit Narayan

Udit Narayan — born on 1 December 1955 in Nepal. He is playback singer in Bollywood, who is fluent in Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and other Indo-Aryan languages. He is credited with singing more than 15,000 songs in more than 30 different languages in more than 500 Hindi films. In 2009 he received the Padma Shri award, one of the highest civilian honours given by the government of India.

Kavita Krishnamurthy — born 25 January 1958 as daughter of a Tamil Iyer family in New Delhi, India. Famous Indian film playback singer, trained in classical music – she became a star in Bollywood during the 90s. Besides her work for the film industry she also released several ghazal and devotional music albums and collaborated with Western artists from jazz, pop and classical fields.
