Billy Boyo recorded material at the legendary studios Channel One and King Tubby’s recording studio, sometimes even mixed by the (also legendary) engineer/producer Scientist. Decades later, his reggae/dancehall anthems like "One Spliff a Day" and "Wicked She Wicked" would be sampled by The Avalanches, DJ Khaled, TDE's D.K. the Punisher, Twit One, and dubstep icon Zomby, among others.
