Tommy Tate

Tommy Lee Tate (September 29, 1945 - January 20, 2017) was an American soul, funk, pop and rhythm & blues singer, drummer and songwriter. He was sampled by the likes of Nas, Chinky (producer Alchemist) and 9th Wonder.
