Lisa Debra Clime (Tootsie Roll) is a London based synth-pop artist who worked closely with Ray Levy, Tony Todd and the Satril Studios producers during the early 80s to release the popular singles ‘All I Want Is You’ and ‘Perfect Lovers’.
