‘Trap Soul’ is a music genre steadily bubbling along semi-underground and, in some cases, even on the charts.
‘Trap’ was a relatively new strand of hip hop at the start of the late 2000's and early 2010's. Featuring an intentionally virtually-unrefined blend of singing and rapping on Southern-US inspired, often low-fi Hip Hop beats.
