808 From Mars

808 From Mars is an extensive library of samples from one of the most recognized drum machines in history. The 808 was multi-sampled cleanly through our analog console, and also dirtied up with analog tape and a slew of hardware saturators, EQs, filters and compressors (no plugin processing whatsoever). We re-pitched the Bass Drum through vintage samplers to get massive, tuned kick drums. We made sure to capture all the variable details like accents, decay times and tone, giving you control - just like the real thing. Enjoy!
