Kids Drums

Kids Drums are the sound of 90s New York. Inspired by the 1995 film Kids, this hard-hitting sample pack harkens back to the gritty, urban world of the time. When Boom Bap was at its zenith, and hip-hop’s ascendancy was lifting the New York music scene. The Kids Drums sample pack was created on the MPC, downsampled, and recorded onto an Akai reel-to-reel tape recorder. The samples were then compressed and leveled using FMR’s analog rack units for maximum analog saturation and warmth. These samples have been chopped into 102 one-shots and loops that drop straight into your DAW.
